My name is Manuel Tavares, born in Matosinhos, 66 years old and graduated in engineering.
My interest in photography began in 2018, with a focus on black and white street photography.
Walking through the streets and paying attention to people's daily lives, I try to document unique moments, tell visual stories, while trying to create the best framing of the city as a backdrop. In my short experience, street photography is a solitary act that allows me being aware of the unreal moments that can occur.
